Refund policy

All sales are final

Everything we sell at the GLiBz Shop (shop.glibz.com) is hand-picked, inspected, and packed by us before it ships. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting an item.

Please review product photos, descriptions and dimensions before you buy. If you have a question about an item, email shop@glibz.com before you order and we'll gladly help.

Our Made-Right Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right.

  • Email shop@glibz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
  • We may ask you to send the item back using a prepaid label we provide. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first; unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email shop@glibz.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-owned, vintage and collectible items

Items described as used, pre-owned, vintage or open-box are sold as-is, in the condition shown and described in the listing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the error was ours.

Orders placed on other marketplaces

Orders placed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace follow that marketplace's return and refund policy.
