Orders & Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
Every order is packed and shipped from our Outpost in Wisconsin. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on the trail.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email shop@glibz.com as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel or fix it. Once it ships, it can't be cancelled.

Collector Toys
Are Notal'Ego figures LEGO?
No. Notal'Ego minifigures are independent collectible figures and aren't made or endorsed by the LEGO Group. They're built to standard minifigure scale, so they stand right alongside the minifigures you already own.
How do I keep them looking sharp?
Keep 'em out of direct sun and dust-free in a stackable display case. Meet the crew in Meet the Bones Bros.
Backflow Incense
Do regular incense cones work?
No. Backflow burners need hollow-core backflow cones to get the waterfall effect. Ours come 40 to a jar in 14 scents.
Why isn't my smoke flowing down?
Usually a breeze, a damp cone, or a clogged channel. Our Backflow Incense 101 guide walks through the fixes.
Returns
Can I return something?
All sales are final, so please check photos, descriptions and sizes before you buy, and email us with any questions first.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Email shop@glibz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. That's our Made-Right Guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
